Job summary

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality construction documentation as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.
• Develop electrical services packages using Revit and AutoCAD under supervision.
• Coordinate electrical designs with mechanical, structural, architectural and process teams.
• Follow CAD/BIM standards and project quality requirements.
• Provide technical support to Electrical Engineers throughout the design process.
• Analyse and design complex electrical building systems: power distribution, lighting and grounding, process heating, standby generator and UPS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out engineering and design activities to produce high-quality construction documentation as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.
• Develop electrical services packages using Revit and AutoCAD, working under the direction of Senior Electrical Engineers.
• Collaborate with mechanical, structural, architectural and process teams to coordinate and develop integrated designs.
• Work in accordance with established CAD/BIM standards and project quality requirements.
• Provide technical support and assistance to Electrical Engineers throughout the design process.
• Analyse and design complex electrical building systems, including: Medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems Lighting and grounding systems Process heating systems Standby generator and UPS systems for critical power applications.
• Undertake site based activities, including field surveys and design verification.
