Job summary

EDC Engineering Design Consultants LTD. is seeking an hands-on Electrical Building Services consultant with a minimum of 3 years' experience to deliver detailed electrical designs. Proficiency in Amtech/Relux/Dialux and BIM is advantageous, with ability to work from RIBA stages A to F.

You will participate in multi-project delivery, support 3D modelling, prepare budgets and client reports, and engage in meetings while upholding EMS and sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Building Services with min 3 years' experience.
• Proficient in Amtech, Relux or Dialux; BIM experience advantageous.
• Able to deliver detailed designs from RIBA stages A to F.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil Electrical design work to project deadlines.
• Quality control for own work before release to senior engineer.
• Champion new systems and technologies.
• Assist modellers to produce 3D and scheme drawings.
• Develop project scope with design team and client.
• Produce budgets and reports for clients.
• Represent EDC at client meetings as required.
• Follow EMS and sustainability policies.
• Contribute to environmental objectives and initiatives.
