We are looking for a driven Electrical Assembly Team Lead to join our client’s growing team in Dublin 22. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Assembly Team Lead to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:
  • Leading and supervising a team of electrical assemblers in daily operations.
  • Working with planning department to ensure resources and build areas are identified ahead of build.
  • Attending project specific meetings with Project, Design and Software Engineers and Team Leads.
  • Holding daily update meetings with Senior Assembly Technicians.
  • Understanding and reporting on project status and determine if on schedule.
  • Carrying out regular performance reviews to include personal development plans and personal improvement plans.
Experience you need:
  • Previous technical electrical knowledge
  • Experience in a manufacturing/ assembly setting, ideally in medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Good IT literacy - Ability to produce simple digital reports.
  • Proven scheduling and resource allocation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of automation equipment and exceptional quality standards
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
