Key Responsibilities
  • Assist elderly clients with daily personal care tasks, including grooming, bathing, and dressing
  • Support clients with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence
  • Monitor and document changes in clients’ health and report any concerns to the care team
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive living environment
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the living spaces of clients
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other caregivers to implement individualized care plans
  • Engage in ongoing training to develop and enhance your caregiving skills
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as an elderly care assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping elderly individuals.
  • Ability to effectively work within a team while also showing initiative.
  • Willingness to relocate to Ireland and experience a new culture.
