Job summary

Qualifications

Healthcare/social care qualification or relevant experience.
Willingness to work varied shifts including days, nights and weekends.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Experience in elderly care is desirable; newly graduated HealthCare Assistants welcomed.

Responsibilities

Provide care to residents ensuring independence and dignity while following individual care plans.
Develop and maintain good relationships with residents and their families.
Adhere to confidentiality policy at all times.
Ensure resident safety at all times.
Deliver high quality care including personal care, toileting, moving and transferring.
Communicate changes or concerns regarding resident needs/care.
Follow Health & Safety and Infection Prevention and Control regulations.
Maintain a safe, peaceful and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
