Job summary

Hilti Ireland is seeking an experienced Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHSS) Manager to lead and strengthen our sustainability, environmental compliance, and health & safety agenda across Ireland.

You will act as the subject matter expert on sustainability and health & safety, partnering with leadership, external stakeholders, and global teams to ensure compliance, drive best practice, and support business growth.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading EHSS programmes in a complex business.
Proven ability to build processes, governance, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of Irish environmental and health & safety legislation.
Experience with ISO 14001 management systems and external audits.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead sustainability and environmental programmes across Ireland, including ISO 14001 implementation.
Oversee health & safety programme, risk assessments, incident investigations and training.
Develop and implement governance, policies, and reporting on ESG and EHSS metrics.
Coordinate with leadership, external stakeholders, and global teams to align objectives.
Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and environmental performance.
