Job summary

Occupli in Ireland seeks an experienced EHS Specialist to join the site EHS team on a 14-month contract in a highly regulated manufacturing setting. You will help develop Environmental, Health & Safety programmes and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.

You will audit and assess risks, support projects and continuous improvements, and promote a strong safety-first culture while maintaining high-quality EHS documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' EHS experience within manufacturing or other regulated environment.
  • Broad knowledge across EHS disciplines and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience supporting projects, operational change and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support and continuously improve site EHS programmes and systems.
  • Provide practical EHS guidance across manufacturing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish legislation and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
  • Support plant, equipment, process and project-related EHS activities.
  • Collaborate with operations to identify and implement improvements.
  • Maintain EHS documentation, reporting and records; promote safety culture.
