Job summary

Zoetis is seeking an EHS Specialist to oversee EHS programs across Rathdrum and Tallaght, ensuring safe, compliant and reliable manufacturing operations. The role focuses on incident reporting, risk assessment, training and industrial hygiene improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering/science/EHS, 3–5 years in a regulated environment, and solid knowledge of EHS legislation and training delivery. Position requires on-site presence in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or EHS.
• 3–5 years in a similar pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
• Seveso and IEL experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of EHS legislation and training design/delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate EHS requirements.
• Drive improvements across EHS programmes and risk assessments.
• Own and develop the industrial hygiene program.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Oversee change management from an EHS perspective.
