Job summary

Hero Recruitment Group is seeking an EHS professional to develop and implement health, safety and environmental programmes across the site. The role requires leading risk assessments, training development and incident management in a pharmaceutical or similar setting.

You will collaborate with EHS Managers and senior specialists, deliver training, manage audits, and ensure continuous improvement. The candidate should hold a Health & Safety degree and 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or related field, with 3–5 years of EHS experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor EHS programmes to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Drive creation and rollout of accurate EHS procedures and training materials.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments and recommend hazard controls.
• Maintain EHS training programmes and inductions for all staff.
• Manage EHS incident reporting, root cause analysis and CAPA actions.
• Coordinate internal EHS audits, inspections and corrective actions to ensure readiness.
