Job summary

PepsiCo Ireland in Cork is seeking an Occupational Safety Analyst to join the EHS team at our R&D site. You will help ensure activities comply with legal requirements and internal standards, supporting risk assessments, permits, and change management to keep operations safe and compliant.

The role emphasizes leading EHS governance, investigations, training, and performance monitoring, partnering with project teams and contractors to embed a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Health and Safety, Process Safety, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Strong understanding of EHS compliance, risk assessment, incident investigation, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership and governance across site activities.
• Lead compliance assurance against legal and site EHS requirements.
• Shape and embed EHS plans and control frameworks.
• Champion a strong safety culture and engage contractors.
• Lead EHS assurance through audits, inspections, and verification.
• Monitor EHS performance, risks, and trends for informed decisions.
• Direct EHS training and awareness initiatives.
