One of Ireland's leading specialized tour operators is looking for enthusiastic and customer-centric professionals to join their growing team based in Dublin 2.

Position: Travel Consultant

Location: Dublin 2, office based (No work from home option)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (1 hour lunch break)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: Depending on experience, €28,000 - €34,000

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis
• Helping customers with their inquiries, providing expert advice and destination/activity recommendations
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face walk-ins
• Managing bookings, payments, cancellations
• Coordinating with other departments and product teams
• Demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and maintaining a positive attitude
