Job summary

Google Ireland Ltd seeks software engineers to develop next-generation networking and software solutions in Ireland. You will work on projects critical to Google customers, collaborating across teams to push technology forward while handling large-scale systems and diverse tech domains.

The role requires a strong foundation in software development, data structures and algorithms, and networking, with opportunities to work on SDN, architecture, and Golang projects within a globally distributed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 2 years of experience with data Structures and algorithms.
• 2 years of experience with networking.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of software and networking solutions across Google network systems.
• Drive innovation and develop designs for new networking product ideas and process improvements.
• Own analysis of measurements or data for scalable, efficient networks and user experience.
• Evaluate current inefficiencies in network systems and propose design and process changes.
• Own resolution for software and hardware network problems with partner engineering teams.
