  1. Accurately set and lead client objectives/priorities and customer needs to drive sales growth and improve client retention, including conducting Client Business Reviews.
  2. Utilize Proactive Pricing to achieve the unit’s growth targets by executing contractual pricing rights.

  4. Implement quality and innovation by exploring opportunities to introduce new products and services.
