Job summary

Brown Thomas Arnotts, trading on Brown Thomas Arnotts' concession at Arnotts in Dublin, is seeking a customer-focused team member for the Christmas season. You will help customers choose gifts, provide friendly service, and contribute to creating an inviting store experience during the busy festive period.

The role requires great communication, the ability to work within a team, and flexibility to cover weekends, evenings, and key Christmas days. Experience in busy retail environments is valued.

Founded in 1819, Eason is Ireland's leading retailer of books, stationery and much more, with 50 shops trading under the main Eason brand, as well as 11 Dubray shops in Dublin and beyond. We have been proud concession partners with Arnotts since April 2024, trading on their basement level.

We're looking for someone with a passion for books and stationery, someone who will be able to give our customers the best advice when it comes to picking the right gifts for themselves or their loved ones this Christmas.
