Job summary

Cocoon Childcare Limited in Dublin is seeking an Early Year’s Educator to join our team at Oldcourt Shopping Centre, Moritz House, Parklands Rd, Ballycullen, Dublin 24, D24 PK07. The role offers a salary of €37,544 per year and a 40-hour week within a supportive, family-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education, Level 6+ preferred.
• Knowledge of Aistear, Síolta and child development best practices.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with educators and management.
• Respect the rights of children and parents.
• Engage children in learning activities and support development.
• Work as part of a team and attend trainings.
• Maintain child registers and ensure Tusla compliance.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities.
