Community and Family Training Agency in Dublin seeks a childcare worker to create a safe and engaging environment for children. You'll be responsible for promoting inclusion, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and supporting children’s personal development through carefully organized play sessions. Candidates should be enthusiastic and prepared to work collaboratively while appreciating each child's unique background and needs. Training and support for personal growth will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, stimulating group play to meet children's needs.
• Establish productive relationships with children, acting as a role model.
• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all children.
• Organise learning environment and resources for play sessions.
• Select resources considering children's interests and backgrounds.
• Encourage cooperative interaction among children.
• Ensure a happy atmosphere at each session.
• Maintain tidiness of classrooms for next sessions.
• Listen and respond to children to support their development.
• Provide advice to children on behavior choices.
• Participate in training and learning activities.
• Report concerns about children or equipment to leaders.
• Assist in other childcare rooms when necessary.
