You will gain end-to-end talent acquisition exposure, from application management to offer and contract administration, while collaborating with an international team and learning recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in HR or business with HR major.
• Strong interest in HR/Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable learning HR and recruitment technology.
• Proactive, collaborative and professional.

Responsibilities

• Support internship and graduate recruitment activity across EMEA.
• Use Workday to manage candidate applications.
• Prepare employment contracts and recruitment documents.
• Support hiring managers across EMEA for internships and grads.
• Coordinate interview activity and candidate communications.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data in systems.
• Assist with offers and pre-employment activities.
• Respond to queries from candidates and managers.
• Assist recruitment reporting and process improvement.
• Contribute to Early Careers initiatives.
