Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Limerick, Ireland, seeks a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern for our Early Careers team. You will support internship and graduate recruitment across EMEA, leverage Workday for applications, and assist with contract documentation and communications.

You will gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and reporting while developing HR skills in a global tech company.

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in HR or business with HR major.
• Strong interest in HR and/or Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Comfortable learning and using HR and recruitment tech.
• Proactive, collaborative and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Support internship and graduate recruitment activity across EMEA.
• Use Workday to manage candidate applications and progression.
• Assist with employment contracts and recruitment documentation.
• Coordinate internship and graduate vacancies with hiring managers across EMEA.
• Assist recruitment processes, including interviews and candidate communications.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data in recruitment systems.
• Support offers and pre-employment activities.
• Respond to queries in a professional manner.
• Support reporting, tracking and general Early Careers admin.
• Contribute to wider Early Careers initiatives and projects.
