Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.

• Demonstrate fluency in English (oral and written).
• Ability to write secure, high‑quality code in at least one language and follow best practices.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, managers, and stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills through ongoing training, mentorship, and access to senior leaders.
• Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot software solutions.
• Write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language following established standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, managers, and stakeholders to understand problems and deliver reliable solutions.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally to document solutions and prompt AI-assisted development tools.
• Leverage approved AI development tools to improve code quality and productivity with peer review and testing.
