Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Quality Engineer to own portions of the production quality support process, perform data analysis, and develop KPIs to drive cross-functional improvements.

You will lead projects transforming quality engineering processes and support documentation and training under the QMS framework. You will collaborate with technicians and engineers, building and measuring prototype hardware, with potential supplier travel for sourcing and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field such as engineering, maths or science.
• Available to work full time in our Dublin office.
• Available to start full time in July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Own a portion of the production quality support process for a certain product or set of products.
• Conduct data analysis and data mining to identify trends and patterns in product quality.
• Develop and maintain KPIs & OKR metrics to track product quality and drive improvements.
• Lead a project that transforms an element of the quality engineering team.
• Support Anduril’s quality management system and manage changes to documentation and training.
• Write documentation required for quality management for hardware at scale.
• Work with technicians and other engineers hands-on, building and measuring prototype hardware.
• Possibly travel to suppliers to do initial sourcing work and implement quality procedures.
