We focus on creative cooking, incorporating local produce with new and exciting ingredients from around the world. Now in our 17th year, we take great pride as a community restaurant that is constantly setting the standards for suburban restaurants nationwide

We are looking to recruit Bar and floor staff for a busy neighbour restaurant

Reporting to Manager and Supervisor

Purpose: To provide a friendly and efficient service to our customers in our Restaurant

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• To greet regular customers courteously.
• To find appropriate tables and sit guests for dining.
• To take food and drink orders in a hospitable manner.
• Monitor the bar / restaurant floor to ensure efficient and personalised service is delivered to customers.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of the food and drinks on our menus and be willing and able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• To up-sell and maximize sales revenue.
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists ensuring high standards of hygiene at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years continuous working experience(full time) in a fast paced Bar/ food and beverage environment
• Be passionate about the industry
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must have fluent English
• Work night shifts
