We are hiring Social Care Worker - Maternity Leave Cover posts for a community-based organization located in Dublin, Ireland.

35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care as part of a highly skilled and responsive staff team.
• Uphold core values of respectful, progressive, professional, and positive services.
• Facilitate and support individuals in our Day Services.

Requirements

• Degree in social care or a similar discipline.
• Enrolled with CORU or in the process of registration.
• Prior experience with disability services is preferred.
• Knowledge of New Directions Services & Supports for adults with impairments is beneficial.
• Valid manual Irish driver's license.
• Generous yearly leave, including scheduled closures.
• One and a half privilege days, plus an additional day after two years of service.
• Sick Pay Scheme, Life Insurance, Pension, Employee Assistance Program, and Maternity Leave Allowance (after 12 months of service).
