My client is a leading non profit based in Dublin West. They are seeking an operations admin to join their team on a 2 year fixed term basis.

Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
* Assist in the coordination and execution of all operational plans related to events, ensuring smooth logistical delivery.
* Support the implementation and improvement of operational processes and procedures across departments.
* Manage and maintain operational databases, ensuring data is current, accurate, and reliable.
* Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and facilitating effective communication.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels.
* Ensure all operational activities adhere to company policies and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
* Proactively identify and troubleshoot operational issues, collaborating with relevant teams to develop and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills– able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
