Job Opportunity: CNC Programmer

Red Chair Recruitment is currently seeking a CNC Programmer for our client in County Cork. Our client specializes in supplying and manufacturing high-performance, precision-engineered components for global companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Work towards daily production targets while maintaining high product standards in line with customer expectations.
  • Set up and program 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines using Fanuc, Hurco, and CAD/CAM software.
  • Operate manual turning and milling equipment.
  • Apply extensive experience in an advanced machining environment, utilizing modern technology and manufacturing techniques.
  • Make authorized modifications to CNC programs to meet design specifications.
  • Ensure quality and safety standards by following procedures and regulations.
  • Utilize computer/IT skills and knowledge of business systems.
  • Work effectively under pressure with a flexible approach.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Package, Experience, and Working Hours:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • A relevant engineering apprenticeship qualification is highly desirable.
  • Shift work will be involved.
