Position: Customer Support Advisor

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join us as a Customer Support Advisor to provide essential support to our global customers and play a key role in resolving issues.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide site support related to the use of Vitalograph devices and systems.
  2. Take ownership of investigating and resolving issues and queries.
  3. Log and update queries/issues on our internal ticketing system.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to find solutions when needed.
  5. Maintain logs and trackers based on routine activities.
  6. Assist with external user access for systems and services.
  7. Set up devices for clinical trials.
  8. Analyze data from company medical devices.
Requirements
  1. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Proficient in IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  4. Attention to detail with high levels of focus and concentration.
  5. Customer service experience via email and phone.
  6. Previous experience in remote technical support is advantageous.
