Role Overview

As a Finance Analyst, you will join the Finance Operations team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring accurate financial management, reporting, and compliance, while also driving continuous improvement and strategic collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee month-end close activities, reconciliations, and control processes.
  2. Manage project accounting and fixed asset activities.
  3. Collaborate with business units to monitor and validate cost allocations for financial accuracy.
  4. Coordinate with IT to resolve project accounting system issues and improve processes.
  5. Assist in preparing financial reports for grants, contracts, and capital benchmarking.
  6. Provide financial information to external auditors and stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
  7. Develop reporting frameworks with leadership to support decision-making.
  8. Monitor and ensure compliance of system controls related to budgeting.
  9. Enhance reporting efficiency through best practices and automation.
  10. Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, reporting standards, and data accuracy.
Candidate Requirements

You must be a qualified accountant (Chartered, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA), with practice or industry experience. Strong Excel skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder relationship-building skills are essential.

Benefits

Salary ranges from €50,000 to €58,000, with an expected figure around €55,000, depending on experience. Benefits include bonus, pension, hybrid working, and more.
