This position focuses on acquiring new customers for Pinterest, playing a key role in developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies in our primary markets with an emphasis on high-value clients. The role requires a customer-centric approach, prioritizing client needs and collaborating to address their specific business challenges.

We seek a dynamic sales professional to expand Pinterest's advertising footprint by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business with major global brands. A strong understanding of digital advertising and a proven sales record are essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Leverage sales skills to identify growth opportunities within Pinterest Europe.
  2. Use data, market research, and platform signals to understand potential client categories.
  3. Engage and nurture qualified leads with tailored outreach.
  4. Maintain relationships and strategic plans for long-term sales opportunities.
  5. Understand client needs through in-depth consultations.
  6. Develop tailored proposals and solutions addressing client needs.
  7. Plan and execute strategies for acquiring high-value clients, setting KPIs.
  8. Negotiate and close deals, overcoming objections.
  9. Gather feedback to improve customer acquisition strategies.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of sales or related experience.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and acquisition goals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable in client-facing roles.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Zoominfo, Pitchbook, Congism, Lusha, Salesforce, or similar.
