Your new role

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and coordinating layouts, generating tender and construction documentation
2. Developing sketch/conceptual design under senior guidance
3. Leading BIM/Revit projects through detailed design stages
4. Managing post-planning technical packages, coordination, delivery, and on-site stages
5. Creating technical drawings, specifications, and schedules using Revit, ensuring standards and schedules alignment
6. Ensuring designs are standards-compliant and constructible
7. Collaborating with Project Managers and conducting site visits for technical support

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology from an RIAI-accredited program
• At least 3 years of relevant architectural practice experience
• Strong knowledge of building design, construction, and technology
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
• Knowledge of Irish building regulations
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical and construction knowledge, detailing, design development, and tender pack assembly skills
