Key Responsibilities
  • Read, query, and clarify installation specifications with the nominated vCIO or inside sales team.
  • Provide technical support to vCIO/sales team to approve hardware and parts required for installation.
  • Attend client sites at scheduled times, liaise with clients regarding installation timelines, methods, and processes.
  • Perform tasks as directed, liaise with clients upon completion, confirm satisfaction, and address any additional requirements.
  • Escalate significant changes or additional requirements to the vCIO or Scheduling Manager on-site for clarification.
  • Ensure installations are completed to client satisfaction, update the ticketing system with details, and process tickets accordingly.
  • Inform the Scheduling Manager upon completion and availability for rescheduling.
  • Update the ticketing system with all times, comments, and configurations.
  • Notify the vCIO upon completion and any changes, and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Escalate future recommendations or follow-ups to the vCIO and communicate clearly with scheduling, vCIO, and clients.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Field Service.
  • Microsoft Office 365 training.
  • 3 years of server and network experience.
  • Relevant technical qualifications.
  • Full clean driver's license (desired).
Additional Desired Skills
  • Manual handling training.
  • Firewall/security training.
  • Connectwise experience.
  • Network and cabling installation experience.
Technical Competencies
  • Windows Server 2022 training.
  • CompTIA Network+ certification.
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
  • Fortinet FCA certification (advantage).
