A growing multi-entity business in the leisure, accommodation, and services space is looking for a commercially focused Head of Finance. This is a key leadership role, reporting to the GM with a dotted line to the CEO, and managing a small finance team.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on role, can improve systems, drive insights, and partner with the senior team to support growth and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting
• Oversee audit, tax, compliance & payroll
• Support strategic decision-making with clear financial insights
• Improve processes, controls, and reporting systems
• Develop and mentor a small finance team

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Confident working across group structures and multiple revenue streams
• Sector experience in leisure, hospitality, property, or service-led businesses ideal
• Strong communicator and business partner mindset
