Full Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Reliability Engineer for a contract position based in Dublin, lasting 6-18 months. The successful candidate will focus on ensuring the reliability and maintainability of enterprise-wide services developed by Cyber Security Technology as part of Global Information Security.

Responsibilities include working with DevOps, Development, and Testing teams to enhance automation, logging, monitoring, observability, infrastructure configuration, scripting, and managing application and network protocols.

Qualifications include:

1. Previous experience in Systems Engineering and Deployment
2. Application Management and Support experience
3. Understanding of software and application lifecycle, including security principles
4. Knowledge of complex environments and their components
5. Experience with databases and query languages
6. Deep understanding of large networks and systems, and their interactions

Desired skills include proficiency with Linux, Jenkins, load balancers, Kubernetes, Ansible (Infrastructure as Code), and deployment strategies.
