Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations management in direct-to-consumer or eCommerce.
• Proven experience creating, documenting, and improving SOPs and systems.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in high-growth settings where processes evolve quickly.
• Practical, solutions-oriented approach to operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve day-to-day business operations to ensure priorities, processes, and workflows run efficiently.
• Build, document, implement, and optimize SOPs, workflows, and internal systems to support scalable growth.
• Coordinate supply chain, logistics, and other critical eCommerce operational activities.
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps, develop and implement practical solutions.
• Introduce organization, accountability, and structure across teams and processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage project milestones.
• Support recruiting activities including candidate coordination and team growth.
• Continuously evolve operational processes as the business scales.
• Own operational challenges from identification through execution and resolution.
