Job summary

Leevin Group in Dublin is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our team and help drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, effective presentations, and strong client relationship management.

You will identify potential customers, engage them, present our solutions, close deals, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while delivering excellent post-sale support. Previous sales experience and familiarity with CRM tools are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales role.
• High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; bachelor's degree may be preferred.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored product or service solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets through proactive sales efforts.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, addressing objections and closing sales deals.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.
• Customer Support: Provide post-sales support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
