Killarney Royal Hotel is seeking a motivated Fitness Instructor to join ESPA at The Europe. Deliver fitness services to guests and members, conduct assessments, and support vibrant health programming in a luxury five-star setting.

The role emphasizes excellent client care, safety, and the ability to upsell personal training while maintaining top standards and a positive, motivating environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
• First aid and emergency response trained; relevant certification required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fitness assessments and classes for guests and members.
• Organise and conduct fitness programmes and inductions for clients of all abilities.
• Advise on gym equipment usage and ensure safe, clean facilities.
• Maintain hygiene across pool, gym, studio and reception areas.
• Promote facilities and classes to guests and members; upsell personal training.
