Job summary

DID Electrical is hiring a Sales Advisor to join our Mountjoy Square team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrate products, and help customers choose solutions that fit their needs.

With ongoing training and a collaborative atmosphere, you’ll play a key role in achieving branch targets, merchandising displays, updating pricing, and building trust with customers in a fast-paced electrical retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior customer experience by matching needs through product demonstrations and closing sales.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Work as a team to meet branch KPIs.
• Be a brand ambassador with first-class product knowledge and awareness of new tech brands and leading kitchen appliance ranges.
• Merchandise products and create engaging store displays for customers.
• Update pricing and maintain store standards; contribute to a positive customer journey.
