Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Limerick is seeking a skilled Bartender (with F&B assistant duties as required) to join The Quench Bar. You will craft cocktails, provide personalised service to guests, and contribute to the beverage program.

The role requires mixology expertise, excellent guest service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment. Flexible midweek/evening/weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for quality service.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work midweek, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mixology: craft and serve cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity.
• Provide attentive, personalized service to guests at the bar.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the beverage menu and offer recommendations.
• Upsell specials and signature drinks to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and proper stock management.
• Collaborate with team and management to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to alcohol service regulations and age verification.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock orders to control costs.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends.
