Job summary

Noel Recruitment Incorporated Ltd. is seeking an experienced Duty Manager on a temporary basis to join a leading contract catering provider operating within an educational environment.

The role focuses on supporting day-to-day catering operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer experience, health & safety, and operational efficiency. You will supervise teams, manage service delivery and assist senior management in achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as Duty Manager or Catering Supervisor, or Hospitality Management.
• Experience in contract catering, education, healthcare, or high-volume food service.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily catering operations across the site.
• Lead front- and back-of-house teams and motivate staff.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times.
• Monitor food service quality, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with staffing, rosters, and allocation of duties.
