nbxTalent is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for the Dutch market. This entry-level, full-time role offers exposure to Inside Sales in a fast-moving team, focusing on developing new business with our client’s leading task management platform.

You will engage customers via phone, chat and email, articulate the product value, and guide prospects through the sales funnel. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, plus 1–2 years in customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Language Fluency in English and Dutch (Read, Write & Speak).
• Previous web chat experience preferred in a work-related environment.
• Prefer 1-2 years of Customer service experience.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence.
• Respond to customer requests for sales and service in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Act as Regional Sales Representative for the Dutch market and proactively discover customer needs.
• Advocate the product, overcome objections, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Engage via phone, email and chat to articulate technical and business value.
