Job summary

Manna in Dublin is looking for a Battery Management / Powertrain Engineer to develop and optimize drone power systems, focusing on battery efficiency and integration. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in battery systems, is proficient in Battery Management Systems, and has a strong background in lithium-ion chemistries. Qualifications

• 3+ years’ hands-on experience in battery systems, power electronics, or related energy storage applications.
• Strong knowledge in battery chemistry and Battery Management Systems (BMS) including SOC/SOH monitoring and cell balancing.
• Experience with thermal control and voltage/current protection.

Responsibilities

• Support transition to new battery chemistries with test campaigns.
• Manage UAV battery activities across multiple regions.
• Design and maintain battery testing and commissioning systems.
