Manna is building and operating the future of autonomous drone delivery. Our aircraft are designed, manufactured, tested, and operated in real-world settings, focusing on reliability, safety, and performance.

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Airframe & Structures to take a leading role, owning designs from concept through test, production, and deployment, across airframe structures, mechanical integration, and validation.

Formación

• 7+ years in mechanical design, ideally in aerospace or similar.
• Strong 3D CAD proficiency across multiple tools.
• Experience with FEA/CFD and structural analysis.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, software, and quality teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of structural and mechanical systems.
• Own end-to-end design from concept to production.
• Perform static, dynamic, fatigue, and thermal analyses.
• Apply GD&T and tolerance analysis for production-ready parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-level challenges.
• Mentor junior engineers.
