Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group in Ireland seeks a Driver Valetor to join our team in Kerry. You will clean and prep vehicles for rental, drive between branches, airports and pickup points, and perform pre- and post-rental inspections to ensure standards.

You will log movements in our app, complete paperwork accurately, and communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate vehicle flows. A full, clean B licence and flexibility across shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold full B driving licence for at least 2 years.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 40-hour working week, Monday to Sunday.
• Physically capable of bending, lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good written and verbal communication; mechanical knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prep vehicles for rental.
• Drive vehicles to/from designated locations (branches, airports, pickup/drop-off points) and log movements in the app.
• Perform pre- and post-rental inspections to meet company standards.
• Audit vehicle quality inside and out.
• Install/remove trackers and manage activations/deactivations.
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate vehicle movements with team members to prioritise tasks.
• Conduct safety and maintenance checks on vehicles.
• Maintain professionalism and health & safety for self and colleagues.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as directed by management.
