Document Controller / Site Administrator

Location: Northern Drogheda (in the Yellowbatter / Ballymakenny area)

Are you an organised, detail-driven professional who thrives in a structured role? Would you like to work close to home in Drogheda and avoid the daily Dublin commute?

We’re looking for a Site Administrator / Document Controller to join our construction team on a major local development. This is a long-term position — you’ll be based on this project for the next 3-4 years, with future projects to follow in the Drogheda area.

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of the project, managing high volumes of documentation and compliance requirements. Working closely with Site Management, contractors, and design teams, you’ll ensure everything is tracked, organised, and delivered correctly — from site records and materials management to BCAR documentation and after-sales support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and controlling site documentation, drawings, and compliance records.
  • Coordinating communication between subcontractors, design teams, and residents.
  • Maintaining registers, timesheets, invoices, and delivery records.
  • Supporting snagging and handover processes with residents and purchasers.
  • Providing practical IT/admin support to the site team.
About You
  • You have strong organisation and attention to detail — nothing slips past you.
  • You’re experienced with document management systems (SharePoint, CRM, or similar).
  • You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • You understand the importance of compliance and traceability in construction.
  • You’re based locally and looking for a long-term role without a long commute.
