Brown Thomas Arnotts is seeking a Divisional Manager for a 22.5 hour per week maternity leave cover across all departments. You will lead large teams, drive sales and margins, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards.

This is a 22.5 hour per week specific purpose contract, covering mainly weekend hours to provide maternity leave cover across all departments in Arnotts.
The BTA Divisional Manager is fully accountable for delivering the profit plan and operational performance of their allocated departments. This is achieved through leading and inspiring teams to deliver excellence in sales, margin, payroll management, customer service, and retail standards. Acting as a role model for the Brown Thomas Arnotts People Values, the Divisional Manager drives efficiencies, develops best practices, and ensures operational synergies are delivered across departments. In the absence of the General Manager, this role leads the Department Management team to maintain high performance and deliver exceptional results
