West Cork Distillers in Skibbereen, Ireland, seeks a Distillery Operations Technician to join our production team, delivering Mash and distillation for our award-winning whiskey and gin. Training is provided; prior food/beverage production or mechanical roles are advantageous.
Shift pattern is four-on, four-off, with day and night shifts, 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. We offer competitive pay with weekend and quarterly bonuses, pension, health insurance, and on-site facilities.

We are currently looking for Distillery Operations Technicians to join our team in West Cork Distillers.
You will become a part of our team producing our renowned West Cork Irish Whiskey and Gin products which are distilled and bottled here in Skibbereen and exported to over 70 countries globally.
Full training will be provided, but previous experience in food production, maintenance or a mechanical / technical role would be advantageous.
The role operates on a four-on, four-off basis, two day shifts followed by two night shifts, followed by four days off on a rolling basis. Working hours are 6am to 6pm, or 6pm to 6am, dependant on the shift.
Shift bonus is paid for weekend and bank holiday work.
