Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking Social Care Workers for a Discovery and Assessment of Needs project in North Dublin with some travel to satellite locations. The assignment runs for approximately 8 weeks on a project-based/temporary contract.

Join a Multidisciplinary Team to assess adults using the New Directions principles, focusing on person-centred, rights-based support and meaningful outcomes. CORU registration and Irish working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Social care degree and CORU registration required.
• Irish working rights confirmed.
• Experience with adults with disabilities essential.
• Understanding of New Directions and rights-based service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Undertake scheduled assessments with adults attending services.
• Explore aspirations, goals, and support needs.
• Identify unmet needs and opportunities for development.
• Document findings to inform service redesign and person-centred supports.
