Job summary

Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) invites applications for a Health Care Assistant in Dunshane. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary of €34,884–€43,193 per year and a chance to work as part of a committed team within a leading national organisation.

We seek candidates with QQI Level 5 major award in Social Care Studies or equivalent, at least one year of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal, IT, and driving skills. Garda Vetting and police clearance will apply.

Qualifications

• Holds a QQI Level 5 Major Award in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Community/Health/Social Care.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Understanding of current policy and developments in social care for disability services.
• Ability to follow plans and methods to meet individuals' ongoing needs.
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Full driver’s licence and access to own car is essential.
