  • Influence value stream prioritization and investment decisions by providing insights, scenarios, and trade‑offs that shape roadmap and MVP selection.
  • Lead value measurement and impact assessment, ensuring pilots, MVPs, and initiatives are evaluated consistently and tied to financial and operational outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders, partnering with Value Stream leaders, Product, Finance, and Technology to ensure a shared understanding of metrics, assumptions, and results.
  • Set data and analytics standards and practices, including data quality expectations, reporting approaches, and tools to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Build and develop analytics capability, providing leadership, coaching, and direction to analysts and managers while strengthening overall data maturity within the value stream.
  • Champion a data‑driven culture, identifying opportunities to leverage data, advanced analytics, and emerging tools to improve decision‑making and business outcomes.
