Job summary

Darwin Hawkins is recruiting a Transaction Services Director | Deal Advisory in Dublin to lead financial due diligence engagements across corporate and private equity transactions. You will oversee earnings, working capital and cash flow analysis, presenting findings to clients and shaping deal strategy.

Ideal candidates will have senior management experience, ACA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent, and a track record of developing client relationships and mentoring junior staff while driving business

Qualifications

• Strong Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience.
• ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience leading financial due diligence engagements and managing clients.
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading financial due diligence engagements across corporate, private equity and lender transactions.
• Managing key transaction workstreams including earnings, working capital and cash flow analysis.
• Presenting commercial insights and transaction findings to clients.
• Developing and managing key client relationships.
• Supporting business development and proposal activities.
• Leading, mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Managing multiple concurrent engagements across a range of sectors.
