Job summary

Xeinadin in Cork, Ireland, invites applications for a Director - Tax to lead a diverse portfolio of SME tax clients, delivering bespoke tax advisory and transaction work in a growing Cork practice. The role offers a hybrid model with client meetings, collaborative reviews, and flexible work patterns.

The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, work with Partners to win new business, and help shape the Tax team's growth and strategic direction on the ROI.

Qualifications

• CTA or relevant Tax qualification required for Top 20 accounting or boutique tax practice
• Experience in tax advisory for SMEs preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio and complete bespoke tax advisory work
• Build strong relationships with team members and clients to facilitate the completion of a mix of tax advisory and transaction work
• Attend external events and client meetings to develop own client network and contacts.
• Work alongside Partners to win new client business.
• Develop and communicate business plans, opportunities and ideas for improvement to the Tax team to ensure the continued growth and progression of the department.

Description Responsible for a diverse portfolio of tax clients across the SME sector, however this role will be central to the growth of the Xeinadin Tax teams in Cork and across ROI.
