Job summary

Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, invites applications for a Director of Nursing (DON) in Limerick. This full-time, permanent role leads a dedicated care team and ensures the highest standards of person-centred care in a vibrant nursing home.

Qualifications

• Active NMBI registration and a recognised managerial qualification (minimum Level 6).
• Post-registration management qualification in health or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in older persons' care or nursing home settings, with knowledge of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.
• Strong communication, compassion and collaborative ethos; ability to lead and drive quality improvement.

What You’ll Bring:
